Digitain is both pleased and proud to announce that we have been recognised as our industry’s Employer of the Year 2022 at the recent SBC Awards ceremony that took place in Barcelona on 22 September.

Now in its ninth year of rewarding and celebrating the very best in sports betting and gaming, the SBC Awards recognise the achievements of operators, affiliates and suppliers from across all the major disciplines including payments, marketing, platform providers and data.

Simon Westbury, Chief Business Officer, who accepted the award from football legend Gaizka Mendieta, commented,

June of 2022 saw Digitain become a prestigious Bookmaker Ratings (BR) Award winner as Best Sports Betting Data Provider!

Digitain has won the prestigious Employer of the Year Award at the recent SBC 2020 Awards Ceremony.

In a very competitive category, SBC judges commended Digitain on its overall response to the pandemic and its HR policies regarding on-boarding of staff, personal development and gender balance.

The award was picked up in person by Head of Sales, Simon Westbury who, in his acceptance speech, reflected on a difficult year for the industry and on the flexibility, commitment and passion demonstrated by teams across the Digitain family.

Digitain received its award at the SBC Awards virtual ceremony held on 9 December 2020.

2020 has proven to be another outstanding year for Digitain. The company continues to expand its global footprint from Europe through Asia and on to Africa and LatAm, with one of the industry’s most flexible, scalable and efficient sports betting platforms.

Now Digitain has achieved another significant milestone – winning Skill Games Supplier of the Year for the second year running – at the 2020 EGR B2B Awards, the Oscars of the Gaming industry.

This year’s EGR B2B awards ceremony was unique as it was a “virtual” online experience, due the issues with travel during the current pandemic.

Nevertheless, the competition was fierce across all awards with a record number of entries this year.
