Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and support high-load, scalable applications and services
Analyze existing systems for performance bottlenecks and implement solutions
Lead code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new business solutions
Map business processes to efficient data models and algorithms
Continuously explore and adopt emerging backend technologies and best practices
Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems while improving code quality and performance
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers

Requisitos

5+ years of software development experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
Proven experience building and supporting high-load SaaS systems
Expertise with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)
Strong experience with MS SQL Server—including schema design and performance tuning
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their real-world applications
Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development automation tools
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for technical excellence
