We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Budgeting Team Lead to oversee and guide our budgeting team within the finance department.

Обязанности

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of budgeting specialists to ensure high performance and professional growth
Oversee the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal budgeting guidelines
Coordinate and manage the preparation of the annual organizational budget, collaborating closely with department heads
Maintain effective communication with all departments to gather and verify budgeting information
Conduct comprehensive analysis and review of budgets at both departmental and organizational levels
Lead variance analysis and financial reporting to support executive decision-making
Develop, implement, and continuously improve budgeting policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to align budgeting processes with overall business strategy
Manage special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
Extensive experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Strong expertise in accounting principles, budgeting methodologies, and financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and budgeting software tools
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
Language proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
