Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, qualified and passionate individuals to join our fast growing team as Targeted Marketing Specialist in Customer Acquisition and Retention department. The successful candidate should own and execute our email roadmap and have a good understanding in mathematics and excellent skills in Excel for carrying out statistical and analytical segmentations. This includes, but is not limited to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and satisfaction.

 

Responsbilities

  • Work closely with all related departments to align and execute the email roadmap
  • Creating promotions and loyalty programs based on historical data
  • Creating customer profiling and segmentation to drive business decision making
  • Create tasks and follow them assuring their full completion
  • Execute the creation of email elements including, coding, testing, and reporting on all campaigns
  • Creating daily/weekly/monthly and yearly reports
  • Understanding and monitoring the life cycle of customers
  • Preparing and analyzing extensive databases
  • Analyzing KPIs to better understand trends in consumer behaviors (including A/B test)
  • Predicting future customer trends based on customer behavioral analysis
  • Understanding user needs and optimizing their experience
  • Provide internal leadership of email marketing trends, industry benchmarks, best practices and tracking methodologies

 

Required qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience working in marketing preferably in Email marketing
  • Proven working experience in customer and data analytics in a B2C environment
  • Fluency in Russian, English, and Armenian is mandatory
  • Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel
  • Hands on experience coding in HTML and CSS to design emails
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using Business Intelligence solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change as well as having logical approach to solve problems
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High sense of responsibility
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience using JIRA is a plus
  • Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
  • Experience in the igaming industry is a huge plus
