Job description

We are looking for Projects Implementation Unit Manager to join our team. As a Project Implementation Unit Manager you will establish and develop relationship with partners, form the scope of cooperation and collaborate with product management and other teams and ensure timely submission of all projects.


Job Responsibilities 

Establish and Develop Relationship with partners untill effective launch date 
Define Project Scope of cooperation with partners, estimate work and evaluate deadlines
Ensure technical feasibility of requirements of partners, involving all stakeholders (eg Product Management)
Be the connecting link between partners and all beneficiaries
Gather & analyze data, perform a market research to understand preferences of partners
Ensure delivery of all projects before deadline
Prepare reports and present to management and stakeholders based on need
Monitor Project Performance, particularly analyze success of short term and long term goals
Monitor and Ensure implementation of all requirements for licensing certifications  Manage and improve all operations of the team, and ensure its high effectiveness
Be responsible and accountable for effectiveness and implementation of all processes
Introduce KPIs, set target indicators, monitor the implementation process, initiate continuous improvement of existing KPIs
Organize weekly/monthly/yearly meetings with team members
Completion of other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
Be the owner of new partner setup process from A-Z


Main Requirements

Graduate degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management Experience
Experience in Gaming Industry would be an advantage
Min 2 years of People Management Experience
Coming from technical background/being front-back developer is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian Languages
PMP Certificate would be an advantage 
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Relationship Management, Trustworthy and Customer Oriented
