Job Description: 

Digitain is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to ensure the program is competitive and delivers total rewards to the company.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals, 

  • Deploy effective KPI metrics and develop bonus system which will correspond to company’s business strategy 

  • Implement a consistent compensation strategy in line with work culture and organizational objectives, 

  • Conduct the day-to-day operational management of the activities within compensation and benefits to ensure that an efficient functioning of the compensation and benefits program can be guaranteed; 

  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations, 

  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits, 

  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value, 

  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices. 

 

Job Requirements 

  • BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance 

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist 

  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management 

  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems 

  • Experience in implementing KPI System is a must 

  • Familiarity with OKR System will be a big plus 

  • Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys will be an advantage  

  • Good Knowledge of English and Russian 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office  

  • Good knowledge of current labor rules and regulations 

  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills 

  • Team player with can-do attitude
